Constructing Media Texts with Frames

Frames is the software students can use to combine photographs, clip art, original artwork, text, music, and voice narration to create digital stories, animated cartoons, claymation videos, video biographies, public service announcements and more. Educators in Ontario can download and install Frames on their computers through OSAPAC.
